The Space:
The Overlook Village includes 4 side-by-side luxury cabins. Three cabins include their own master suite, luxury bathroom, and a living room with pullout sofa bed and the fourth cabin boasts two master suites, two en-suite bathrooms, full living room and kitchenette. Each cabin includes door from each master bedroom to the a deck where your will take in breathtaking panoramic views of Lookout Mountain.

Guest Access:

You have access to your cabins, the lower pasture where the wooden fence and the trail are, and the pool area only.
You do not have access to the wedding venue grounds, which include the grass area, the large deck, and those four buildings. The property is divided, and that is not included in your rental. The grass especially cannot be walked on as it is specialty grass that is treated and kept up for wedding purposes. ATTENTION: The pool for the Wildwood cabins will NOT BE AVAILABLE from October 15, 2024 to March1, 2025.But the hot tub will be available after October 22.Thanks!
Getting Around:
Wildwood Ga Exit, right onto Hwy 299, right onto Hwy 11 N, left onto Old Birmingham Hwy, left on Pope creek Road, Left onto gravel driveway at sign for The Overlook Village.
Enjoy our walking trails or drive to nearby tourist sites, just minutes away!
Other Things to Note:
NO SMOKING- Smoking in the room will prompt an additional fee for cleaning of up to $150.
AGE- Minimum age 18 years old.
NO PARTIES – Large group parties or events are not allowed.
NO PETS- If you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave & will be charged an additional $150 cleaning fee.
GUESTS – No more than 6 guests are allowed to stay.
QUIET TIME – Please enjoy the outdoor space but no loud noises or music. Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM.
NO FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS – If you carry, please lock firearms in vehicle during your stay.
CHILDREN – Please be mindful that this rental is NOT childproof. Parents and Guest(s) will ALWAYS supervise their children at ALL times, both indoors and outdoors, especially in and around the parking lot, fire pit, and creek walk.
